Attrib Not Resetting System File

This time, attrib removes several file attributes from the bcd file, an important file that must be working for Windows to start. If this does not resolve the issue, your installtion may be beyond repair and the only other option is to do complete reinstall. As you may know, a recovery disc will be needed.
