The objective of the level is to clear the Icing and not to pop all the kernels on the playing field. Most of the time this means you don’t have to pop all three kernels in order to clear the Icing.

With candies of five colors on the playing field you shouldn’t have too many problems making special candies. Still, take your time and don’t miss out on opportunities to make special candies. Consider holding on to special candies until you can combine them because of the combinations’ enhanced effect.

Match candies near the bottom of the playing field (or as low as possible) as often as you can. Doing this will shift the largest amount of candies. This in turn will hopefully start a chain reaction that will create new opportunities to make special candies.

While matching candies at the bottom don’t ignore hitting Icing at the top of the playing field. Pause after every move and glance at the top of the field to see whether you can match candies adjacent to Icing.
